"Summer rains

Drawn while sitting on my parent's front porch in Arkansas. Watching the warm summer rain tumble and fall, wetting the lush foliage of the trees and the bright flowers of the garden, these are the quiet moments that I savour.
Even now I can hear the pitter patter of the rain, smell the moss and dirt of the earth and feel the soft brush of wet leaves. All because I took the time to see it and to feel it, now I will always remember it.
